Goodbye School 2013..Hopefully You'll Be Back
This past week the Drama world said goodbye to yet another awesome drama. School 2013 was a KBS2 drama that revolved around High School life in Korea; lonely bullies who are just crying for attention, strenuous studying, crazy issues at home, awkward parent involvements etc etc. The thing that killed me was there was NO REAL ROMANCE!!! WHAT....THE....FUDGECAKE!

Han Se Kyung Should Have Gotten Kicked To the Curb, Right?
Cheongdamdong Alice aired it's last episode yesterday. Wow. This drama was crazy. So, in a nutshell, Its about a nice girl who's tired of finishing last and of getting stomped on, so she decides that she wants to move on up to the east side (Cheongdamdong). Enter Cha Seung Jo (aka White rabbit#2.)

Cheongdamdong Alice: They Finally Got It Right!
![]() |
Am I the only one who was holding my breath during this scene? |
So I had my doubts about this drama in the beginning. I thought it was gonna be another dumb love story about a poor girl falling in love with a rich guy...like we haven't had enough of those (Boys Over Flower, Lie To Me, Shining inheritance, King 2 Hearts, Secret Garden, Full House, Protect The Boss....You catch my drift) However, I was wrong. This story is actually quite unique. In most dramas there's always that gold digger, bitchy character that had to sleep her way to the top or do something equally sleazy to acquire her status. There's never been a drama about that whore's road to the top, and I have to say...

{Review} Full House 2 Finale
Full House 2 Aired its last episode this week. I have to say that it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. It also wasn't as predictable as I thought earlier. I'll quickly run through some pro's and cons.

{Review} I Miss You : Tears, tears and more stinking tears
Okay I'm not going to do a recap for the last couple episodes because...I don't feel like it. I'll just assume that if you click on this post, you follow the drama well.

Drama World In Desperate Need Of Kissing Lessons
I have watched ALOT of dramas in my day; ranging from melodrama, historical, rom-com and many more. The plots may differ (some very slightly), actors may change, but one thing that will forever remain constant is the horrible kissing scenes.
I think along with the producers, writers, camera men, hair and make-up artists, they should consider hiring kissing coaches. This plague of statue kissing has to end. I mean talk about the most unromantic scenes. You wait half the season to watch two people touch theyre lips and look at each other awkwardly. There's no passion, or technique...just two people touching lips....like a handshake....with the lips. I understand that Korea is supposed to super conservative and they don't want to promote any kind of whorish behavior... like actual kissing, but come freaking on. Its so disappointing to wait and sit through all 16+ episodes to get a lame lame kiss at the end. If it was a drama about two kids in grade school's first kiss, yes, it would be uber cute and kinda romantic. But these are some grown ass adults. Please stop tormenting us with these horrible kiss scenes
However there have been some really good-toe-curling-I-wish-my-man-would-kiss-me-like-that kisses in the drama world. Like, Lee Min Ho in Personal Taste and Faith. Gah!!! that man is just tooooooooooo damn sexy. That "Game Over" kiss in personal taste, I died. The combination of Lee Min Ho and all that romance did me in and I died.
The Best Kiss though goes to Queen In Hyuns Man. Now this drama has to be the most realistic drama i've ever watched. When a girl likes a guy she's gonna act on it. And I loved how this girl in this drama did. She kissed him I don't know how many times and the kisses just kept getting hotter and hotter. Until Kim Boong Woo put the work on her. This scene was both cute and hot and veeeery passionate. THIS is how two people who love each other are supposed to kiss.
Don't skip anything, its all magic

{REVIEW} Jungle Fish 2
Jungle Fish 2 is a realistic take on the troubled high school life of a group of friends from 2 different schools. The lead character Min Ho Soo (played by Hong Jong Hyun) is trying to find out the reason behind the suicide of his girlfriend Baek Hyo An( Han Ji Woo) and along the story we also get to know his friends Seo Yul (T-ara's Jiyeon), classmate and best friend of Hyo An, Lee Ra Yi ( Shin So Yool) an aspiring indie rock singer, Ahn Bawoo ( MBLAQ's Lee Joon) a high school dropout and Yoon Gong Ji (Kim Bo ra) an adorably awkward computer geek who writes horror stories.

{REVIEW} Full House 2 Ep 1-10
OVERVIEW
This drama revolves around three main characters. Jang Man Ok (Hwang Jung Eum) is an Instructor at her Grandpa's Martial Arts Dojo. Her grandpa goes out of town and leaves her in charge of the school, and she turns it in to a clothing store of sorts. After a whole bunch of utterly ridiculous mistakes, her school ends up being temporarily shut down and she ends up with a very hefty debt to pay; her famous new friend gives her a not-so-simple solution to fix her problem. On the other hand, Lee Tae Ik (No Min Woo) and Won Kang Hwi (Park Ki Woong) and two idols in the famous group Take One. They have a hate-hate relationship and find themselves constantly competing over everything. Lee Tae Ik, who is snobby and up tight, is a lot less popular than the down-to-earth, and fashionable Kang Won Hwi.
REVIEW *Spoiler Alert*
So, it’s hard for me to watch this and not compare it to the first one. I LOVED Full House. I loved the contrast between the two main guys. One (Kim Sung Soo) was tall-sexy-fine and all MAN and the other (Rain) was just cute. The lead girl was awesome and adorably annoying and the “other girl” was just a straight up bitch. Before I even clicked on the first episode of Full House 2, I saw the promo pic(the one above)… and I was already somewhat disappointed. This is a very “meh” looking cast with really hideous hair.
Lee Tae Ik is not bad looking, but my goodness that hair is soooo disturbing. I LALALALALA LOVED him in My Girlfriend is a Gumiho, and even rooted for him and the gumiho at times. He was just sexy and bad ass there as opposed to his girly bitchyness here. I have to say though that he has a damn good body. Every time in the drama when he's changing and they slow-mo it a little, i'm like YES!^_^.
The second lead male is Won Kang Hwi. I like him. He’s not really
